Absolutely, if you prefer to place your order via mail, fill out
the contact us form and request a brochure. We can fax it as well. After
receiving your order form, fill it out, please be sure to proof read it
carefully, then send it back along with your payment information to:

do you need?
The child's first and last name, nickname if one is used (
Note: if nickname is given it is used throughout the entire story),
hometown, name of up to three friends or relatives, dedication, date
gift to be given, and the gift givers name. The correct form for each
individual book will ask you for the proper information for that
specific book or product when you are ordering. I am ordering for
several children.
Do I use the same order form for all of
the children?
No, each time you select a book you will go through the
personalization process by filling out the required information
under the book you have selected. A new order form for each book you
decide to order will be displayed when you choose it.
How long will it take to ship my order?

USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 3 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS. Keep In mind choosing faster
shipping does not bump up the speed of production. Only Express
Production moves your order up on line. - Photo Personalized
Items
Production times vary, ranging from 2-4 weeks! Check production time
in products description area. Production time for PHOTO personalized
items begins once the acceptable graphic file is received, NOT the date
the order is placed. Keep In mind choosing faster shipping does not bump
up the speed of production. - At high volume times
(Holidays), processing may take longer.
What are your shipping charges?
We ship via USPS.
NOTE: Select products have higher ship rates!
Do you accept international orders?
No, at this time we do not ship internationally.
Do I pay sales tax?
Only New Jersey residents will be charged sales tax at a rate
of 7%.
Has my order been received?
Once you place your order, our system will send a
confirmation e-mail listing the items you have ordered, as well as the
total cost of your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation
when your order ships, this will also contain the tracking information.
Error in my book. Now what?
If you receive your order and there is an error, we will
replace it Free of charge, if the error is on our part. Unfortunately,
we can not do the same if the error is on your part; we will re-print
your book for a small fee in that case. The exact information that you
type in is used to process your order! To prevent errors proof read your
data! I’d like to read the story before
making my final decision, is this something that is available to me?
Yes, we know that it is important for our customers to choose the
perfect story for their gift recipient, which is why we have included
links on every page to a PDF file, there you will find sample text
versions of each of the personalized stories that we carry. So pull up a
